What is BGP AI?
A COO brain for your business. You chat with it like a teammate, it understands how your business runs, and it handles the busywork across the tools you already use — your inbox, your CRM, your books, your social accounts.
Which tools can I connect?
Gmail, Facebook Pages and Instagram, TikTok, QuickBooks Online, GoHighLevel, monday.com, GitHub, Slack, TaskTrack360 and iSoft Friends. You connect only what you want, and the assistant can reach nothing you have not connected.
Can the assistant send an email or post something without asking me?
No. It can read from your connected tools while it is answering you, but anything it writes or sends — an email, an invoice, a post, a booking — is prepared and waits for approval. By default that means a person on your team, and you choose who can approve what. If you would rather not review everything yourself, an admin can hand approval to your AI Board: it checks each proposed action against your business and your standing rules, and approves or rejects it with a written reason. Anything it cannot confidently decide still comes to you.
Is my data safe?
Your data stays yours. Everything we hold for you is kept separate from other businesses and stored encrypted — your conversations, anything the assistant pulls from your connected tools, your documents, and the notes it keeps about your business. The sign-in details for your connected accounts are encrypted separately and are never shown to the AI: the assistant asks our server to act, and it never handles your passwords.
Do you train AI on my business data?
No. To write a reply, the relevant content is sent to our AI providers under agreements that forbid them from training on it. What your business teaches your assistant stays with your business and never informs another client’s assistant.
Can your staff read my conversations?
Not in the ordinary course of business — our staff see only details like dates and usage, never your conversations or documents, and they cannot sign in as you. Access for support or a security investigation is limited, logged, and only ever with a real need.
What happens when I disconnect a tool?
You can disconnect any tool at any time from your Connected apps page. We delete the stored sign-in details straight away and the assistant loses all access to that account. For Google and QuickBooks we also withdraw access with the provider in the same step; for the others, our Privacy Policy shows how to withdraw it on their side too.
How do I delete my data?
Delete single conversations or tasks yourself inside the app. For anything broader — a connected service’s data, your whole workspace, or your account — send us a request through the contact form at businessgrowthpartners.ai and we will confirm in writing once it is done. You do not need an active subscription to ask.
What if the assistant gets something wrong?
AI can be wrong, which is exactly why approval sits between a draft and the real world. Every action is logged with who approved it and when, so there is always a record of what happened and why.
